The house is a few steps from Itamambuca Beach. We offer suites for up to 3 people, fully independent in the "Bed and Bath" system The en-suites are equipped with a minibar, smart TV, electronic blinds, remote-controlled ceiling fans, separate toilet and shower, plus 2 beach chairs per suite We also provide premium bed and bath linens to make your experience even more enjoyable. Gourmet area for light meals. Read the house rules for details. The space The House is for the personal use of the couple Paula and Daniel and their newborn son Gabriel. A family whose basic principles are love and respect for nature and all things and beings. A family focused on health, sports, and cultivating good relationships between human beings and the simple things in life. In this context, we decided to share a little of our experience of living on one of the most beautiful and well-frequented beaches in Brazil with all the comfort and security that the house offers. In cases of renting the entire house, guests have access to all the premises of the house Guests who rent our en-suites have access to their en-suite, gourmet area, entire backyard, outdoor shower and balconies Guest access House rules Itamambuca Suites 1, 2 and 3 The suites operate on the BED and BATH system. Guests who rent our suites will have access to the internal balconies (facing the common barbecue area), the entire garden, shower with deck, clothesline in the external area and two beach chairs per suite. In the case of beach chairs, a liability agreement must be signed for their use, conservation and return, under penalty of reimbursing losses caused by damage or loss. The gourmet area (barbecue area) is equipped with an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle that boils water and an electric sandwich maker. Ideal for light meals such as breakfast, snacks and deliveries. This area is also intended as a social area, for the use of a home office, a good conversation, a card game, having a drink, etc., always respecting the quiet hours, which are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The gourmet area has a basic infrastructure for snacks, breakfast and deliveries. It does not have a stove, oven, blender, etc. The other house premises, such as the kitchen, laundry, rooms and balconies of the main house, are not shared with the guests of the en-suite bedrooms. Bed and bath linens are changed every 7 nights. If you wish to change bed and bath linens more frequently, an additional fee will be charged, to be informed at the time and subject to availability The towels we provide are for bath use only, and it is not permitted to remove the towels from the premises of the house, nor are they to be used as beach towels. We also strongly urge you to remove all sunscreen before using the towels or lying under the bedding. Sunscreen stains clothes, damaging them permanently. It is forbidden to apply aerosol sunscreen inside the house. CHECK-IN: 2 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 10 a.m. If you need to check out after 10 a.m., we have the option of a “late check-out” that goes until 10 p.m. for the price of half a day For a late check-out or additional nights, it is necessary to inform the host as far in advance as possible as it is subject to availability Parking: There is no parking inside the property.
