It features a queen-sized bed, a cozy living room, a kitchenette, and a private balcony, ideal for transitional living in a lively area with nearby cafes and restaurants! Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. The vacuum is located in the bedroom wardrobe. Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm. Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving. Other things to note Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set.
