Pre-Arrival Check-In Process To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we kindly request that all guests complete our Check-in & Lodging Form at least two weeks before arrival. This helps us meet building access and guest safety requirements. Then, 2–3 days before your scheduled check-in, we’ll send apartment details and access instructions through Airbnb messages. On your arrival day, you can go straight to your apartment and enter your personalized code. What’s Required The process is similar to checking into a hotel and takes about 5 minutes. During the online check-in, guests are asked to provide: A valid credit card for identity verification and may be authorized for incidentals or damages, as permitted by Airbnb’s policy. No charges will be made unless necessary, and no deposit will be collected.
