Welcome to our cosy annexe in Harwell, Oxfordshire! Nestled in a peaceful part of the village, this self-contained space is perfect for business travellers or couples. Sleeps 2 adults. Just 5 mins from Harwell Campus and 10 mins from Didcot Parkway Station. The newly built annexe features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa area with TV, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dedicated workspace, plus a private entrance. Walking distance to local pub and village shop. The space The property is set in a secluded part of the village with very little traffic. The annexe is set on a 0.5ha plot and has views over the courtyard and garden, shared with the main house. It sleeps 2 adults, and could also accommodate up to 2 small children with a blow up bed and travel cot on request. The studio living space includes a fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and plates/bowls/mugs/cutlery, a comfortable sofa area with a TV and amazon firestick (access to the usual streaming services) as well as a clothes rail. There is a dedicated workspace with computer monitor, HDMI connector and ergonomic chair. Iron, clothes drying rack, hair dryer, and high chair and are also available on request. Guest access Dedicated annexe entrance and parking in shared driveway with owners. Other things to note Please note that we have young children and 2 cats!
