Sugito Minpaku is a house in Sugito-cho. About 10 minutes on foot from the nearest station, Tobu-Dobutsu-Koen Station, is the large Kanto Tobu Zoo. There is an amusement park and zoo. It is also recommended for trips with children and for refreshing your mind and body. It is about an hour by train from Tokyo, and transportation is very convenient. Sugito Minpaku is about a 15-minute walk from Tobu-Dobutsu-Koen Station. The space Rooms < About Sugito Minpaku > Please read this description to the end. < About reservations Please enter the purpose of your trip or stay and send a request message. We will review the message and get back to you. < About the visit If you come by car There is one free parking space 3 minutes from the inn. We will send you the parking details after your booking is confirmed. By train Please enter the following address in Google Maps and follow the directions. 6 chome 6-3 Seiji, Sugito-cho, Kitakatsushika-gun, Saitama 345-0025 Check-in & check-out Check-in and check-out are done in person, and the key is handed over in person. Check-in is from 5 pm in principle, but if you have business, we will discuss it. Check-out time is 11 am in principle. When you do, please turn off the lights, air conditioner, and TV, lock the window, and return the key to the host. We always provide toothbrushes, shavers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, tissues, and toilet paper. We have plenty of supplies, but if you are running out, please buy them at a nearby convenience store. An electric kettle and simple drinks (coffee, tea, green tea) are provided in the room. If you want to book breakfast or dinner, please let us know at check-in. About bedding We provide sheets, pillow cases, and down comforter covers. There are two Western-style rooms on the 1st floor that can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are two bathrooms on the first and second floors. The second floor is the living room. In the middle of the second floor there is a sofa, TV, dining table, and a convenient vacuum cleaner. There is a bathroom, washing machine and toilet in the back on the right side. There is a kitchen and refrigerator on the left. We also provide an air purifier, electric kettle, hair dryer, hair iron, convenient vacuum cleaner, face towels, and bath towels. Please do not take these items out of the building. The host couple lives on the 3rd floor. Please note that guests will share the living room on the 2nd floor with the host. < About kitchen utensils Please feel free to use the kitchen supplies if you can clean them after use. Here is a list of kitchen utensils. (Gas stove, electric kettle, microwave, rice cooker, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, plates, cutlery, etc.) Seasonings, etc. are not included in the above. < About bicycles There are 2 bicycles in the private lodging. The key is at the entrance. We are not responsible for any bicycle-related accidents. If a bicycle is stolen or lost during use, a replacement fee of $200 per bicycle will be charged. < About Wi-Fi We have installed wireless wifi with a high-speed optical line. < Other Please refrain from loud conversations and loud noises after 10 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. If you wish to smoke, there is an ashtray on the 2nd floor balcony. If we find out that you have smoked in the room, we will charge you a cleaning fee of $500. We do not provide sheet replacement services. We have a washing machine, so please do your own laundry.
