The space The apartment is on the fourth and top floor, with elevator and stair access. It is fully air-conditioned, with custom-made furniture and minimalist style. 1 private parking space, inside the condominium. The air-conditioners are installed in the three bedrooms (SPLIT inverter), and in the living room (cassette), providing air-conditioning for the entire apartment or by zone, quickly and quietly. Preventive cleaning of air-conditioners is carried out strictly every three months. The bathrooms are new (renovated in September 2020). Kitchen and laundry with quality appliances and utensils. In the kitchen, guests will find: an AIR FRYER, microwave oven, coffee maker, fruit juicer, blender, as well as crockery, cutlery, pots… Set of 100% cotton sheets and towels made available based on the number of guests. Bed linen and towels are strictly washed at high temperatures. Gated community, with 24-hour concierge, wooded, with several leisure areas, jogging track with exercise stations, swimming pool, court and fitness center. Two decks equipped with free Wi-Fi. Guests must wait for the UBER/taxi at the entrance or, if they have their own transportation, park inside the building, only in the exclusive space of the apartment. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal. They will also be able to circulate in all the common areas of the condominium, respecting the rules and schedules, which they will find in the apartment or in the condominium circulars that may be displayed in the elevator. It will be possible to use the swimming pool and the fitness center during its hours of operation and with respect for the equipment and the other tenants. It will NOT be possible to reserve the decks, hold parties, receive friends and relatives, or use the barbecues. Other things to note The apartment was not designed for children; they can get hurt and so we do not host families with children. We also do not accept pets in the apartment. Delivery people, taxi drivers/Uber, third-party vehicles are not allowed inside the building. Guests must wait at the entrance for the taxi/Uber. For deliveries with IFOOD or similar services, the guest must track the delivery through the app and wait for the delivery person at the entrance. The conventional intercom has been replaced and is in disuse; therefore, the front desk does not have an intercom to notify the arrival of delivery people; deliveries must be picked up at the front desk directly, as soon as they arrive. Visitors other than Airbnb guests are also not allowed in the building. The use of common areas (swimming pool and fitness center) is strictly reserved for condominiums and Airbnb guests. Airbnb guests will be allowed in for the duration of the reservation. Upon first arrival, guests must identify themselves at the front desk, enter the building on foot, and proceed to the apartment, where they will find the property key and access controls (pedestrian and car). Guests will be able to enter the building with 1 vehicle of their own. It is only allowed to stop and park in the exclusive parking space of the apartment, without advancing sideways into the neighboring parking spaces.
