This spacious villa is located near the picturesque IJssel and offers plenty of comfort and relaxation. The space Villa Tess features six comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet, making the house suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The villa has one luxurious bathroom on the ground floor, equipped with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, making it ideal for a larger group. The living room includes a TV with access to Netflix, ensuring you always have entertainment at hand. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Outside, you will find a spacious garden with an open view and a large playset for the little ones—perfect for keeping them entertained while you relax. Surroundings and Activities Villa Tess is the perfect base for a variety of activities. Explore the historic and charming city of Deventer with its shops and sights, visit Apenheul or Julianatoren for a fun-filled day, or enjoy a relaxing bike ride along the IJssel River. For those who love outdoor recreation, the nearby Bussloo recreational lake offers various activities and relaxation opportunities. Guest access You have access to the entire villa, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay. Upon arrival at Villa Tess, you will find an information folder with important details, such as emergency numbers, WiFi access, instructions, and tips for activities in the area. Other things to note Villa Tess is ideally suited for families. We would like to emphasize that the villa is not available for large groups of young people. If it turns out at check-in that such a group has booked, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation on the spot without a refund. If in doubt, please contact us in advance.
