Our house, Bastida Provença, is located in the heart of the town of LE THOR, an 8-minute walk to the city center. Year-round markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. (See house rules for rates) The space Large living room with open-plan kitchen leading to a terrace overlooking the saltwater pool (7 m x 3 m) + integrated heat pump (= heated pool from April to September inclusive) + submerged cover (for safety). A utility room is available with washer and dryer. A suite with a large 160 x 200 cm bed, dressing room and shower room. Two other bedrooms with 2 beds measuring 160 x 200 or 4 single beds measuring 80 x 200 (upon request during booking). An office with a 140 x 190 sofa bed. An additional 140x190 sofa bed is available in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. 2 toilets: one in the entrance and the other in the sleeping area. Heating and air conditioning via a duct system throughout the property (bedrooms and living room). Pool is open and heated from the beginning of April to the end of September. Baby equipment available: Babymoov travel crib & highchair. The interiors are new and in perfect condition with premium furniture and materials. Outdoor garden furniture with 4 sunbeds + gas plancha.
