Passport registration for foreign nationals: In accordance with Japanese law and local regulations, all foreign nationals are required to provide passport information. After your booking is confirmed, please submit the details of all accompanying guests via the link we provide. Check-in cannot be completed without registration. 2. Third-party bookings: Except for authorized corporate travel programs, third-party bookings are not accepted. The reservation must be made directly by the guest who will be staying. 【Important Rules (Must Read)】 1. No loud modified vehicles: High-noise sports or modified cars are not allowed. 2. Strict no-smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited throughout the house, including the garage and the surrounding streets. Smoking will trigger the smoke detector alarm and may result in substantial cleaning fees. 3. No littering: Please dispose of all trash properly in designated bins and collection points. 4. No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. 5. Occupancy limit: On check-in, the registered guest list and actual number of occupants will be verified. Any unregistered or excess guests will incur double the nightly rate per person. 6. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. 7. Cooking guidelines: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods. If lingering odors or stains require special deep cleaning, high cleaning fees may apply. 8. No commercial use: The property is for personal or family accommodation only. Commercial use such as filming, photo/video shoots, live streaming, or renting as an event space is strictly prohibited. 【Other Notes】 1. Security & cameras: For your safety, a video doorbell camera is installed at the entrance. It records automatically when guests enter or exit. Only public/common areas are recorded. Thank you for your cooperation. 2. Nearby railway: A railway line runs about 100 meters from the house. With windows open, you may hear some train noise. When closed, the house is quiet. Please note that complete silence is rare in central Tokyo. 3. Temples & cemeteries: In established Tokyo neighborhoods, small temples or shrines with cemeteries are common. The nearest temple with a cemetery is about 50 meters away. If this concerns you, please consider before booking. 4. Staircase width: This is a three-story house with a staircase about 70 cm wide and no elevator. The first floor has a bedroom, the second floor has the living room and kitchen, and the third floor has two bedrooms. The stairs may feel narrower than in some Western homes. 5. Curtains: Curtains are fire-retardant and provide partial blackout, but not full darkness. 6. Laundry & drying: There is no separate clothes dryer. The bathroom has a built-in gas drying function, and there are coin laundromats with large dryers just a few minutes’ walk away. 【Linen & Amenities】 1. Towels & toiletries: Each guest is provided with one set of towels, a toothbrush, and basic toiletries. For stays longer than 3 nights, fresh towels and toiletries will be provided on the 3rd day (by request). 2. Bed linens: Sheets and duvet covers can be replaced every 7 nights to ensure comfort and hygiene (by request). 【Check-in & Check-out】 Self check-in and check-out are available via a smart lock (after guest registration and verification have been completed).
