Our apartment combines comfort and style in 90 square meters. Gourmet kitchen, large living room with two areas, guest bathroom and two suites. The decor is full of designer pieces and paintings. The building offers a swimming pool, gym and one parking space. The space The apartment is fully furnished with appliances, crockery, cutlery, pans, bed linen, blankets and bath towels. The TV is controlled by Chromecast. Guest access As we only rent for long periods, guests can have access to the swimming pool and gym. Please ensure that the condominium rules and guidelines for use are respected. Other things to note HOUSE RULES We expect our guests to behave as if they were in their own home. We want them to feel comfortable, but with all the respect we would like to receive. Respect, organization and cleanliness are essential! Here are some recommendations: - Respect the laws of good coexistence and good neighborliness. Do not make noise outside of permitted hours. - It is essential that guests identify with our lifestyle and adopt some habits: saving water and energy is our duty. Turn off the taps, turn off the lights, turn off appliances, and take moderate showers. - Since we only rent for long periods, the costs of electricity and gas will be paid by the guest. - If you need a garage, ask about availability. We usually rent to our neighbors in the building. - We recycle our trash. Please help by separating your waste properly. It is necessary to take out the trash daily to avoid bad smells and the proliferation of insects. A building attendant comes by twice a day to remove bags of non-recyclable waste. Recyclable waste should be disposed of in the appropriate bins in the first garage. - You will find the space clean and organized. Keep it the same way. - Unfortunately, our space is not suitable for children and animals. The windows are not protected, several pictures are attached close to the baseboards and the apartment floor is made of wood with a special synthetic coating. - Take off your shoes when entering the house. In addition to being an anti-Covid policy, our wood floor can be scratched by wearing very thin heels. - If you are going to cook, only use silicone or bamboo spoons and spatulas (available) to avoid damaging the non-stick pans. Wash and clean any dirt and remove the trash. - Be very careful and attentive when handling fire, ovens and sharp objects. Avoid accidents! - It is strictly forbidden to hang photos and objects on the walls. - Many of the objects that decorate the apartment are signed pieces. We ask for caution because They cannot be replaced. - We only rent for stays of more than 30 days, so guests will have to hire our cleaning lady, who comes once a week. The cleaning fee will be paid* directly to her. *If for any reason the tenant wants to cancel the weekly cleaning, no problem, just contact us so the cleaning lady can be paid. - The television only works with Chromecast. This way, you can watch your favorite channels on the open or closed network on your computer or cell phone. - The Internet plan is 300MB. - You will find the space clean and organized.
