This spectacular location on the Weeki Wachee River offers fantastic views from the patio of this newly built home. River watch is comfortable, inviting and full of charisma! Enjoy kayaking this natural wonder right from your backyard off the new seawall with steps leading right into the main river. The space On the main Weeki wachee river!!River Watch offers 4 bedrooms, the primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and a Roku TV and bathroom that has a walk-in shower. There is a guest bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has a set of bunk beds, twin on top and full on the bottom. The guest bathroom offers a shower and tub combo with his and her sink. and plenty of counter and cabinet space. There is a regular coffee pot. There are 4 seats at the island and there is also a large dining table with 6 chairs. The living area has a sectional and a recliner and has a Roku TV. The ceilings are 9 ft to give it that more spacious and comfortable feeling as well. Enjoy the River with the use of the kayaks, there are 2 tandems, 2 singles, 2 paddleboards and 2 kids kayaks, with life vests and whistles!!
