A hallway (with a small step) gives access to a shower room (with washing machine) and 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed in 140/190). A terrace as well as the grassy garden will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days. Two private parking spaces are at your disposal For your comfort, the rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels. The cleaning fee is mandatory at the rate of €75. Heating is a mandatory extra charge from October 1 to March 31, at a rate of €14 per day. The “Chez Aurel et Max” cottage is conveniently located in Livry-Louvercy, on the route between Reims (30 km) and Châlons-en-Champagne (20 km), and 35 km from Épernay. A charming village in the Marne, offering easy access to the tourist sites and beautiful scenery of the area.
