You will enjoy wonderful ocean views, the friendliness of the area, and amenities at Swell Beach Club. Look out to the ocean from a stylish bedroom and practice yoga on the terrace with an additional bedroom/bath. Located in the Romantic Zone you will be in the heart of a vibrant area, great restaurants, bars and clubs. The space The casita is set up for two guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace or cocktails in the afternoon. The terrace has a birds-eye view of the beach, a quiet shaded area great for an afternoon nap & a teak table and teak chairs great for outdoor dining and drinks. Steps to the beach, “Restaurant Row” & all the happening Nightlife that Zona Romantica has to offer. *** There is a spiral staircase linking the main bedroom/bathroom to the terrace and upstairs bedroom/bathroom. *** Please note that this apartment is located above a working beach restaurant kitchen, in the morning you will hear music & movements of staff from the kitchen. Other things to note The main entrance to The Casita is through a private beach front entrance that has 24-hour security. You will be walking through sand to enter the Casita so please keep in mind for mobility limitations & issues.
