Welcome to our quiet and warm apartment ideally located at the gates of a beautiful park, perfect for nature lovers and outdoor activities. You will be 30 minutes from the ski and hiking resorts and 10 minutes from Grenoble city center by car, bus or bike. All necessary shops (bakery, pharmacy, 3 restaurants, etc.) are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy modern comfort just a short walk to town, with nature at your fingertips The space The accommodation is 80 m2, with a large living room with a TV area (with armchair and sofa) and a dining area, a nice and functional equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second has 3 beds (a bunk bed and a raised bed). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to prepare food, and tea or coffee making facilities. Guest access The entire home is available for your use, we will warmly welcome you if you arrive during the day. A lockbox is also available for late check-ins. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the edge of a beautiful park, probably one of the most beautiful in the Grenoble region. Shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.) are a 5-minute walk away. Several restaurants (French, Lebanese, Asian, pizzeria, kebab) are a 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive. The accommodation is located in a quiet residence, it is perfect for workers, families or groups of friends, but not for partying. Calm and discretion are required, in order to respect the neighborhood!
