Our family home is located in one of Lewisburg's older neighborhoods and an easy walk to downtown. No need to worry about downtown parking! Our guest room is cozy, calm and has wonderful morning light. We're so glad you're considering our home for your stay. Our home is relaxed and easy going. The guest bedroom is upstairs and overlooks our large backyard. We have central air to help with the summer heat. The house sits on 2 large lots with mature trees. The house was built in the early 30's and has many updates while maintaining the charm from that era. We have 2 small dogs who might bark when you come in, but are friendly. They are never in the upstairs guest room. We are not able to accept guests with pets. A second bedroom can be available upon request for other adults and at an additional fee. The kitchen can be available upon request. We do have an outdoor space for eating and relaxing. The private bath is just across the hall from the guest room. We love to chat and get to know guests. We are also happy to give you privacy. We both work full time. Mariah teaches so is around more in the summer months. We're home most evenings and happy to tell you about our lovely town and the surrounding area. The Graham Addition, our neighborhood, is one of Lewisburg's oldest. We are on the edge of the neighborhood and just a few blocks from downtown. In the evenings folks are out walking and biking. We love living in this old neighborhood. The walk to downtown is an easy 2 minute journey where you can enjoy restaurants, theaters, shops, and galleries. A car is necessary for anything beyond downtown. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, available upon request, but no microwave. We have wireless internet.
