The property is split into two units: Unit 1 (First Floor): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a laundry area. Unit 2 (Second Floor): 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and its own laundry area. Both units offer the comforts of home with plenty of space and privacy. It’s a perfect setup if you're traveling with another family or want separate spaces for adults and kids. Enjoy the convenience of separate entrances and a shared foyer. Parking There is a spacious driveway for parking, along with plenty of street parking available. Please be cautious when backing out, as there may be cars parked across the street from the driveway. Pet-Friendly Pets are welcome, and we’ve provided dog bowls and a mat in the pantry for your furry friends. Please be sure to pick up after your pets during your stay. Other things to note We are excited to share that we are making significant improvements to enhance your future stays. Over the next couple of months we will be installing a privacy fence, upgrading the side patio, adding a second exit for the upstairs unit, and creating a new patio with a fire pit and pergola. During this time, we will also refresh the landscaping to elevate the property's charm. Please note that this will not impact your stay. The back yard was not useable space. We just wanted to give you the heads up before you arrive as the project is in the works. Please pardon any temporary disruptions or changes to the landscaping as we work on these upgrades. We are committed to ensuring your comfort and appreciate your patience during this transformation. No work will be done while you are staying on property.
