The space A duplex apartment building, owner next door Guest access The apartment you rented & Backyard, parking right in front of the apartment building on your side or across the street there’s ample parking just not the driveway. Other things to note Absolutely no parties, gatherings, dinners, etc. of any kind. Please no more than 4 guests including the individuals being hosted. The apartment isn’t child-proof. So please govern accordingly. If you’re renting during pool season…I do not have a lifeguard on property. -YOU MUST SWIM OR USE THE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Please use extreme caution and care for ANY PERSON using the pool under YOUR reservation or your guest. For everyone’s safety DONT USE ANY GLASSWARE OR BOTTLES IM THE YARD!!
