The detached garage is not accessible for guests. There is gated parking for at least 1 to 2 cars, street parking is limited. Other things to note 1. Confirmed guests will receive a local "Insider's Guide". We love sharing it with our guests! 2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products. 3. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place! 4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 5. Our wifi is excellent, but please keep in mind that cell reception is known to be spotty in this area. **Please ensure you read the house rules and comply before booking.**
