Come and enjoy an unforgettable stay with a magnificent view of the surrounding nature in our panoramic refuge "Le Bois aux Cheirilles", a unique, minimalist and brand new accommodation in France: the Minionettes Homnest! The space . Located on the edge of the Cheirilles forest, close to the trails that lead to Mont-Dore, the refuge has all the amenities in 5 square meters perfectly optimized on two living standards: On the 1st level: * Sitting/relaxation/dining area with table, stools, dishes, small sink, insulated cooler, cushions * Heating by a gas stove * Eco-friendly toilet (dry toilet) * Drinking water via an 8-liter fountain Note: There is no cooking or heating food in the space. Our guests prioritize meals such as salads and sandwiches, small restaurants around the area, or the on-site catering offered by your host On the 2nd level (access via a small scale): * Sleeping area: double bed 140x190 cm (2 adults) with stunning panoramic views of nature from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows * Fan to cool off (no air conditioning) * Bed linens included Outdoor: * Elevated terrace around the listing * Outdoor furniture: table & chairs (except winter period) * Private outdoor summer shower with hot water. The outdoor shower is only open during the warm season, from +/- 15 April to +/- October 15 (dates can be advanced or postponed depending on weather) Current shower status: OPEN When the shower is closed, a small indoor washbasin allows you to wash briefly with gloves, soap, and cold water. Eco-friendly shower gel and towels provided On the catering side, extra charge and by reservation at least 48 hours before your stay (then depending on availability after this time), your hosts offer you local products and delivered to your refuge: * Breakfast (€10 per person) * Regional aperitif board (€12 per board) * Wines (€10 per bottle) GOOD TO KNOW: The refuge is installed in nature and fully self-contained, electricity is produced by solar panels and the heater runs on gas. You have all the usual comforts, but the idea of an alternative habitat is also to become aware of its impact on the environment! As a result, a few rules are required during your stay: 1) Except phones and laptops, electrical appliances other than those provided on site should not be connected at the risk of damaging the solar system. It is therefore not possible to use, for example, your hair dryer, a straightening iron or a raclette machine 2) The risk of fire being very high in nature, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in and around the shelter, but also to light any flame (no barbecue) 3) Sewage is filtered by plants: you are asked to use only the 100% natural products provided 4) No pets allowed in the shelter Guest access . Check-in from 6 p.m. Check-out before 10 a.m. Key box available in case of late arrival In order not to disturb the tranquility of the trail to Mont-Dore, your vehicle is parked in the center of the hamlet, towards the washhouse. To reach the accommodation, you will then have to walk about 300 meters (less than 5 minutes) Other things to note . The shelter is located on the land of Véronique and Franck, your Homnest hosts, who live a little further in the hamlet (towards the washhouse) Housekeeping is included in the price of the stay There's no wifi in the accommodation Due to its atypical layout and access road, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM) Become a Homnest host yourself by installing one of our beautiful tiny houses on your land, with no upfront investment!
