Room in Beach Paradise + pool

All you need for a relaxing and memorable beachside holiday. Large bedroom in my 2br home. 1 min walk to the beach and easy stroll to town and Pottsville creek. Relax on the balcony overlooking the garden and take a dip in the pool. Clean, tidy, modern, spacious, with queen bed and new Koala deluxe mattress, separate toilet, shower and bath, and kitchen all of which you share with me. The perfect, affordable base for those who want to get out and explore. The space My beachside home is in a unit block (of only 10 units) 200m to the beach and an easy walk to town centre and the creek. It has its own balcony with an outdoor couch and chairs that overlook the native garden and pool. You have access to your own large bedroom, the other facilities (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, lounge) is shared with me. Spacious bedroom with queen bed with new Koala deluxe mattress. Draw and hanging space for your belongings. Access to the kitchen to prepare quick meals, and you'll have a shelf space in the fridge. My home shares the stairwell with only one other unit. The communal pool and garden is lovely and sunny and you're welcome to enjoy. Linen and bath and beach towels provided. Plenty of free on-street parking either straight out front, or the northern side street. Check with me: you might be able to check in early/leave late pending other reservations. Because it's the home I reside in, not suitable for children under 13. I have another listing where I occasionally rent out the entire 2br unit. Guest access My home is lovely and chill. It's all about healthy living and enjoying the gorgeous surrounds. This listing is for the room with shared access to other amenities during the times I'm home. Use of the kitchen to cook and prepare quick meals (no cooking meat or chicken please). They'll be a dedicated shelf in the fridge for you. Use of the complex pool area. Use of my balcony overlooking the garden. No problem to watch TV on occasion or as much as you like when I'm not home. But I'd prefer it not to be on too much while I'm home as it's in a communal area. My space would suit someone looking for an affordable, quiet and comfortable beachside base to go out an explore the stunning region. If it's the holiday period between Christmas and New Years, then I might be home often. If it's during the regular weekdays, I won't be home much. During your stay I'm happy to give you tips to help make your stay lovely. I know lots about the area, and adore where I live. I'll respect your space so you don't need to feel obliged to interact at all - up to you. Given it's the home I live in, and that I may be home, it suits someone respectful and chilled with healthy habits (non smokers, not heavy drinkers, not disruptive at night). Other things to note Make yourself at home! It's paradise here! Just a few small things to make it a lovely experience for both/all of us: Please don't cook meat or chicken in the home or store it in the fridge. Fine if you want to bring a burger home to eat though! Non-smoker please - there's no smoking anywhere in the home or balcony. For my own safety, I prefer very minimum alcohol is consumed here. If I'm home during your stay, I prefer quiet time in the lounge & dining areas after 10pm please. I'm soooo sorry, but I'm allergic to cats! So please don't pick them up then bring hair into the home or you'll be subject to my sniffly nose! Not suitable for toddlers or small children due to balcony, cactus plants and low-lying ornaments.
