We are a short walk to bus routes, or a 5-minute drive to the Grant Park mall, Polo Park mall, Fashion Outlet malls, and IKEA, a 15-minute drive to downtown and the Forks (25 minutes on single bus) and less to airport. We have lived here over 25 years - it is a safe community, with lots of families in a friendly neighbourhood. The forested front lawn is open to a park yet nicely private, with patios in the front and back to enjoy the view and nature. Relax in our newly built cedar sauna with electric Harvia heater under the largest Maple Tree in the district 🍁 – a great escape from winter! Garage has space for 2 cars (free parking on front street too). Perfect home away from home whether for a weekend or a long stay - bring your bathing suit and toque! We offer complimentary wifi and all linens and essentials, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer and 2 tvs for streaming. Basement theatre room features LCD projector with 10-foot screen and surround sound. Basement area is newly renovated with Theatre Room, full bath and laundry area. Please note, no unregistered overnight guests, smoking or pets.
