Edge of Peninsula - beaches & nature for Summer

Welcome to my house on the hill on the edge of the Mornington Peninsula. A location that offers direct access to the beaches, wineries and foodie spots of the Peninsula. Plus walkable local charm: - 10 min minutes walk to secluded Mt Eliza Davey's Bay - 5 min walk down to Little Olly's coffee van and pier - 10 min walk to beach boardwalk - 5 min walk to Sweetwater Creek walking trails Mount Eliza village is 5 mins drive for shops Mornington 15 mins drive, Red Hill 26 mins drive The space Small one bedroom home with character in a leafy, tranquil and private neighbourhood. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a small walk-in-wardrobe and one bedside table. There is one bathroom which is small, semi modernised but has an original shower over bath. The home is suitable for a single person or couple. The accomodation only sleeps 2 people. If you have a baby and want to bring a fold-up cot it can be placed in the living room. The home is not suitable for children as there are breakable items and no space to run. My home is attached at the back to another property. You can see the front garden in the photos. There is also a side deck (nothing special but it provides a light sunny outlook from the bedroom). This is my home. It is not a set up as a dedicated holiday house or a hotel. I would like to open my home up to visitors who would like a Christmas break in this lovely area by the sea. I hope you will enjoy it. The street has a quite tone and elderly neighbours. Please don't book if you want to play loud music or make a heap of noise as its not the right spot for that. Other things to note Because this is my home I will only take bookings from people who have a good review history on Airbnb. Sorry!
