Just a short driving distance to many of Branson's iconic attractions! The resort is nestled in the hills and has many buildings. The 1-Bedroom Deluxe unit is approximately 1,075 sq. ft. You will have a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining room, bedroom with a king-size bed, full bathroom, and a balcony. Unit will be assigned at check-in and may vary in layout and view. There is an activity center with an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and play area for both children and adults, complete with shuffleboard! Large, spacious, free parking lot. A car is recommended to enjoy the Branson area. Recreation Center rules require children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult. NOTE: Guest checking in must 21 or older. All transactions at the Resort are now Cashless. Credit and/or Debit cards are required for payments for all areas of the resort. Car recommended to enjoy area. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. *Pictures are examples. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure. Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed. Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit.
