Besides that, it is also near Market! Market! which is both a mall and a transport hob where guest/s can conveniently visit the city's go-to destinations. The dining table is designed to save space which is retractable, foldable and movable whereby allows the occupant to free up the space of the living area in turn makes the area spacious. Property layout includes: The Living Area The living room has a fitted window and has a sofa set with ottoman and coffee table. Underneath the sofa is a pull out shelf for storage or can be used as bed. However, no beddings like mattress, pillow, blanket, etc. will be provided for the extra bed space. The living area is equipped with 32-inch LG HD flat screen TV with GMA Affordabox (ISDB-T terrestrial television provider) for local free-TV programming. The Bedroom The airconditioned bedroom has a queen-sized bed and side table. There is a wardrobe and dresser which can also be used as a dedicated work space ideal for "work from home" setup. The bedroom has window with skyline view of Laguna de Bay. The existing separate windows for both living room and bedroom allows good ventilation and natural light which contributes to the overall soothing and feel-good vibe of the place. The Kitchen The kitchen has built-in overhead cabinets as well as counter cabinets for storage. It's equipped with basic kitchen appliances & utensils for minimal cooking such as induction cooker and a range hood installed above it. There is also refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and rice cooker. The Dining Area It is furnished with foldable dining table with the TV rack which can be used as extra sitting while dining. A wall fan is installed for additional ventilation. Toilet & Bath (T&B) & Laundry area T&B has a hot and cold shower. It has a washing machine along with retractable clothesline hanging rack for drying washed clothes. The Condo Building -The condo building is newly-built with commercial establishments like convenient store, laundry shop, coffee shop, water refilling station, bank and ATM at the ground floor and restaurant at the 2nd floor. -It is located in a flood-free area in Taguig even during super typhoons. -It is equipped with 4 elevators and generator sets for uninterrupted power supply for the ref & some lights inside the unit in case of power failure. -There is fire alarm, sprinkler, and smoke detector systems inside the unit and along the hallway outside the unit. -24/7 front desk/lobby reception is available to receive guests for late and very early check in/out and to assist guests for any minor maintenance problem occurred inside the unit. -The 24/7 security and CCTV is in place outside the property and in all common areas within the premises of the building to provide round the clock security. -It has overhead water tanks built on the roof top for high pressured, undisrupted water supply enough for all residents. Guest access Guests have access to amenities of the condominium like : 1) outdoor pool & kiddie pool with separate shower/changing room/toilet; 2) gym equipped with free weights, workout bench, stationary bike, among others; 3) indoor children's playroom; 4) theater room (for a fee); 5) event/function room (for a fee). Other things to note Freebies, precautions, and penalties: 1) A prepaid Wi-Fi router/modem (Globe at Home) with limited free load may be provided upon request for internet connectivity for light users (searching and social media). Additional internet load requirements can be provided at the expense of the guest. Free-TV viewing with GMA Affordabox (local programming). 2) Pillows, blankets (per guest), and bed sheet are provided. However, we don't provide extra pillow/s, blankets, or bed sheet as well as extra bed. 3) Kitchen utensils like pots, ladles, knife & chopping board are provided. 4) Dinner wares like bowls, plates, cups, mugs, spoon & fork are provided. 5) Please bring your own: - towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, bathroom slippers, and other personal essentials. - cooking oil and seasonings like salt, pepper, soy sauce, fish sauce, ketchup, and the like. 6) No daily cleaning. However, you can ask maintenance/cleaners subcontracted by building admin. (through the 24/7 front desk) to clean the unit (for a fee). 7) My property does not offer parking. At the moment, there is also no available paid parking/parking rental inside the condo building. 8) Late check-in or late check-out is subject for approval by host. 9) Upon check out. If the unit is found to be super unkempt as to require extra cleaning effort outside standard cleaning, an extra Php1,000 will be charged. 11) In case of loss key, Php5,000 will be charged to guests for replacement of the whole locking mechanism. 12) It is very important to note that when using the movable/retractable dining table, make sure that you lock it (locking mechanism is under the table) to avoid accidentally spilling everything you place on the table.
