An amazing, large space! You will find a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, a petanque court, and a hot tub. 🪩 For evenings with friends, the large games room is a must: pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games and ping pong table. Everything you need for fun, lively and unforgettable moments. Here, everything is designed so that you can reconnect, have fun and relax. Your stay begins the minute you walk through the door. Guest access You have access to the entire house, the garden, and the adjoining barn. Other things to note 🏡 Cottage Rules The house includes spaces designed for everyone's comfort and tranquility. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay, here are the important things to know: 🚫 Pets not allowed For safety reasons, we cannot allow pets in the gîte. Animals already live on site, and for their well-being, as well as to avoid any risk, no other animals can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding. 🎉 Parties are not allowed Parties with loud music late at night are not allowed. No noise pollution is tolerated outdoors after 10 p.m. 🚭 No smoking allowed in the house The house is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside for your convenience. 🔧 Policy in the event of technical issues We always do our utmost to ensure our guests' comfort and well-being. However, some unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occur (unstable internet connection, hot tub temporarily out of order, or any other unexpected technical issue). The cottage is located in the heart of the countryside, a natural environment where mosquitoes, spiders, insects or small rodents may sometimes be present. These are part of the rural setting and are not our responsibility. If they are present, everything necessary will be immediately put in place to resolve the situation in the best possible way. In these situations, no damages, discounts or compensation can be claimed, as these matters are beyond our control. Rest assured that everything is in place to quickly resolve each situation and ensure the best possible stay. 🧽 Cleaning There is no cleaning fee at the cottage. We simply ask that the accommodation be left clean, as it was upon your arrival. Please: do the dishes, take out the trash, and put the sheets and towels in the bathroom. Leave the spaces clean and tidy. 🔌 EV charging It is strictly forbidden to charge an electric vehicle using the house's electrical outlets. An EV charging station is available just 2 minutes away from the cottage. ⏰ Check-in and check-out Early check-in (before 5 p.m.) and late check-out (after 12 p.m.) are possible depending on availability, for an additional fee. 🚨 A mandatory deposit check of €750 must be provided upon arrival.
