The hotel consists of a main building with six thoughtfully designed guest rooms, along with two private, standalone suites offering additional privacy. Each room and suite is appointed with a fire feature, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and is fully stocked with high-end linens, plush towels, premium toiletries, and a curated coffee system for an elevated in-room experience. Upstairs, select suites offer enhanced privacy and views overlooking the charming streets of downtown Santa Ynez. Guest access Guests have private access to their individual hotel room or suite. The main hotel lobby and lounge are shared spaces and are open to all hotel guests. Complimentary breakfast and daily wine tasting are hosted in the lobby during scheduled hours. All common areas are designed for relaxed, respectful use to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. During your stay Our front desk is open from 7am to 6pm daily. Other things to note Policies No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No candles or open flames, including incense. No pets. Registered service animals with proper documentation are permitted. No events, parties, or gatherings. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Security cameras are located at the north end of the driveway for safety purposes only and do not monitor private spaces. Right to Cancel Reservation or Gift Card Redemption Polo House and Bungalows reserves the right to cancel any reservation or decline a gift card redemption by providing written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. In such cases, all deposits or prepaid amounts, including any portion paid by gift card, will be refunded in full. No additional liability or compensation will be owed.
