We have purchased shampoo and bath gel for our guests. Please note that these items have not been left behind by other guests, as a recent reviewer assumed. The bathroom, kitchen, and entire apartment is professionally cleaned and nothing else is left behind other than what WE provide. If you do not want to use any items that we supply, that is completely fine, however many guests appreciate that we provide these things. Guest access Guests are renting the entire apartment, which is on the 2nd floor. There is NO elevator on site. This apartment building was built in 1933 and like many buildings of this era, it has no elevator. Even though it is old, that does not mean it isn't clean. Some guests like the unique features of the building. There is no laundry room in the building, but there is a laundromat directly across the street frem the apartment building. Very convenient. Finally, we cannot allow children to stay in the apartment. It is not set up for their safety.
