House on the edge of woods and forest close to lakes

A quiet house 5 minutes from Lacaune-les-Bains offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends. On the edge of woods and forest, not overlooked, you can enjoy your meals outdoors on the garden terraces with a barbecue. You have a pétanque court and parking for several cars. Close to lakes with recreational facilities for children, a pool with hot springs, hiking trails, rivers, an ideal place for fishing enthusiasts, and a cross-country ski trail. The space This is a nice house to rest surrounded by woods and forests. It is not isolated at all, it is located on the heights of a small hamlet, there is no opposite. The kitchen is well equipped with multiple appliances and utensils, and overlooks the outside. The living room is cozy; there is a pellet stove to keep warm in winter and a fireplace for the pleasure of having a fire (I do not provide wood; if you want it, the neighbors can provide it for a small fee, or you can bring it yourself). There are two bedrooms with double bed 140 cm then 1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm. You also have two outdoor garden terraces with table, garden furniture, sun loungers to relax, barbecue. A large lot that can accommodate multiple vehicles. We have just finished a pétanque court (see outdoor photos) with an additional terrace right in front for a small aperitif while playing (currently being improved), but you can already enjoy it starting this summer. Above the house, you have hiking and mountain biking trails that lead to Lacaune and other places to explore. I recommend reading the entire listing, the accommodation has a capacity of 7 people, the nightly rate is for 6 people, an additional charge is added in case of a seventh person, hence the importance of noting in the reservation the number of actual guests. Please also note that, so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay, excessive noise and commotion are no longer tolerated after 10 pm inside and outside the house, in order to respect the residents of the hamlet who are farmers and get up early.
