Grafton Getaway @ Towering Pines (sleeps 22 to 30)

Grafton Getaway Guesthouses are eight family friendly locations and our newest, Towering Pines, has amenities we are known for such as board games, foosball, ping pong, mega chess, fishing pond, full kitchen, firepits, hammocks, arcade games, and the list goes on. We hope to host your next couples, group, or family getaway. This home sleeps 22 and if adding our Studio or Camper to your stay the capacity rises. The Studio rents separately but inquire about adding it to your large group stay. The space This property sits on 3 wooded acres with the next nearest neighbor being 350 yards away. Use of our 1500 square foot Barn event space is included with your stay and please inquire to add our Studio home if a large group stay. Adding the Studio adds a 4th full bathroom and 8th bedroom to your stay. Also please note that in early 2025 the main house will have a half bath added in the basement. For the main house, the barn, and the Studio together the total indoor square footage available to guests is a very spacious 6,500 square feet Other things to note Towering Pines is just 8 minutes from Grafton and we have many excursion brochures all of which are within 15 minutes drive from the home. Lambert STL airport is 38 minutes away. At all locations we utilize staggered pricing so that smaller groups pay less than larger groups. An accurate overnight guest count is imperative and additional guests are $30 per person per night starting with the 4th guest. The app will calculate this for you up to the 16th guest and after that we manually calculate it. For special events we must come to terms prior to your reservation.
