CasaTemporada Residencial is a set of three surrounding and independent houses, located on the last street of Cavalcante, on the banks of the Matias stream, a pleasant and wooded place within the urban perimeter. This year we turned 15! Stay with us and have the unique experience of waking up to birdsong in a comfortable, cozy and wooded location. There is a variety of shops close to you: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and a restaurant. The space Casa Prata I was built solely and exclusively for this purpose - Tourism and Home Office. No one lives in it. The house is rustic and cozy, with distinctive decor; brought from other countries and cities. CHARACTERISTICS House with 95 m2 of built area, with a beautiful balcony. It has three bedrooms. First bedroom with double bed - suite; the second with double bed with reversible suite; and the third with two single beds that can be transformed into a double. Two and a half bathrooms: suite, social and service. KITCHEN Complete (stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and the necessary utensils), TV with satellite dish and free Wi-Fi. Balcony with hammock, covered barbecue, outdoor shower, fireplace, free parking. Guest access Access to all the premises of the Prata house. Other things to note The internet signal (Wi-Fi) is via fiber optics and of good quality. SERVICES CasaTemporada's bed linen service is outsourced. R$25.00 reais is charged for changing double or single bed linen and R$15.00 reais for towels, for the period of stay. If you want the service, please let us know in advance to arrange it. If you want to bring your own bed linens, we have no objections.
