The Lärchenloft vacation home is your insider tip for your vacation in the Palatinate Forest! The Lärchenloft is located in Nothweiler, a small town in the Dahner Felsenland, in the immediate vicinity of France. The space The unique mix of larch wood as well as industrial metal design, massive furniture and modern concrete give the cottage character and its name! Feel-good rooms with a focus on the essentials have been created on over 100 square meters. On the ground floor of the larch loft there is the modern, open living and dining area with a fireplace overlooking the Wegelnburg, a very well-equipped fitted kitchen, in which nothing is missing, an oak counter on the panoramic window, the guest toilet and access to the open gallery. From the living area you can access the large terrace with a barbecue fireplace. Downstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Of all three rooms, you have access to another larch wood terrace. The 2000 square meter property invites you to linger. Outside there is the sauna (for 2 to 3 people), an outdoor shower (only in summer) and a campfire area. The magnificent surroundings of Nothweiler and the comfort of the larch loft form a retreat from everyday life and for beautiful holidays. Guest access All areas of the house and property are open to you. Other things to note Extra Expenses: • The guest fee of the municipality of Nothweiler is €1.50/person/night to be paid in cash on site. • Due to the different use, e.g. of the wallbox and/or the sauna, the electricity consumption can vary greatly. In the overnight prices, consumption of 25 kWh of electricity per day is included. The excess consumption is charged at 40 cents per kWh. Important information: Due to the special architecture indoors and the sloping terrain with the rocks, the larch loft is not suitable for little kids! We recommend the house for children 12 years and older.
