We are a 7 minute walk from Lola's Restaurant and various surf breaks and swimming spots along Playa Avellanas. Guests can also take a walk to the beach through Cabinas Las Olas, sample their excellent cuisine and reach the beach via their iconic walking bridge leading through the Mangroves and directly to one of the best spots on Playa Avellanas named "Palo Seco" after the large and very old tree trunk. (This happens to be one of Guanacaste's most consistent surf spots!) The nature that surrounds the house is one of the most special features of the property as there are leafy trees that play host to iguanas, a wide variety of tropical birds and even the local howler monkey crew who on occasion provide an amazing areal circus act! Do not worry, they will not get close to our guests, however they offer a an amazing show!
