Other things to note - Out of respect for the neighborhood and the regulation of our accommodation, professional activities of a sexual nature (prostitution) are strictly prohibited. - For 2 people, only the double bed in the bedroom is made. In the event that the 2 guests need a second bed, an extra €20 will be requested. Please let us know so we can take the necessary steps. The use of the sofa bed is prohibited without linens. - In order not to increase the price of your stay, we have decided not to charge a cleaning fee. On the other hand, any abuse will be charged up to 30 euros per cleaning time. - The use of an electric barbecue is prohibited inside and outside the accommodation. - We reserve the right to request proof of identification for every guest. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
