Villa Mistral is a historical house built circa 1580. Once residence to a knight of the Order of St John, now restored and updated as a holiday home. The property is located in the heart of historic Birgu (Vittoriosa). The street Triq Hilda Tabone is one of the most picturesque in Malta and forms part of the famous 'Collachio', filled with renaissance palazzo and Auberges. Birgu is a peninsula surrounded by the sea, if you fancy taking a morning swim. The space The accommodation is spread over four floors and offers visitors a rare opportunity to experience living in a historic Maltese house packed with original features. From the moment you open the front door and enter the grand hallway with its vaulted ceiling you are immersed in Maltese history. Enjoy the cool tranquillity of the private courtyard with its lush planting or relax in the sunshine on a balcony. The local restaurants offer fantastic menus, so you may not need to cook, but if you wish to, our modern kitchen has all the amenities you will need - or fire up the BBQ! Other things to note The house is spread over 4 floors so there are lots of stairs, therefore it is not really suitable for young children or people who struggle with their mobility.
