This bright, artsy 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the epitome of relaxation and comfort, providing everything you need for a memorable vacation. Once you ascend the stairs, you'll be enveloped in warmth and natural light. A space where elegance meets functionality. The modern kitchen boasts a huge white quartz island with seating for 4 guests. Beautiful stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen amenities make meal preparation a breeze. The open living room is the perfect gathering spot with a 75 inch Smart TV. Get cozy on the top grain leather sofa or the rocking swivel chairs and enjoy movie nights or your favorite shows. Down the hall you'll find a full bathroom with step-in shower and the washer/dryer. The Primary bedroom has a comfy and supportive medium firm queen sized mattress, dresser, 65 inch Smart TV and closet for storing clothing during your stay. We provided black out cellular blinds and curtains for a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom provides privacy, step-in shower, full length mirror and all the essential amenities as listed. The second bedroom also has a Queen sized comfy yet supportive medium firm mattress, 55 inch Smart TV, night stand, dresser in the closet for clothing storage during your stay. It also has black out cellular blinds and curtains. Additional amenities include a parking pad in the back and covered porch in the front. -We also offer a Wellness Nook which includes a yoga mat, exercise bands, yoga pose wall guide, stress reducing adult coloring books and markers/pencils. Explore the local restaurants, shops, and attractions and take advantage of the beauty and convenience of this fantastic location. Full Stop Station is a local coffee and mini-market right across the street for your convenience. Parking in the front on the street(public) and private parking pad behind the house for both units. **Rental Agreement must be signed and sent- **We require $300.00 Security Deposit- **You must submit Photo ID/DL or Passport. It must match the person entering our property. ***Access will only be granted upon completion of these steps*** Other things to note If you have a larger group you can rent the downstairs 2bdrm/2bath as well-sleeps 4. We also own the houses on either side as well and they also operate as short term rentals- each home is a 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 people each.
