Fitted with dedicated little-kids sized furniture, foosball table, bean bags and futon! Here they can hang out, explore our puzzles, games and toys for hours of fun. • A separated parent’s wing is the third living area. Including a TV with DVD player, mini retro style console with pre-loaded games and a work-from-home nook. Which has a dedicated desk, ideal for those who need to stay connected when away. Whether you're watching a family movie, winding down with a good book or bonding over a board game, there's ample space for everyone to find their perfect spot. Outdoor Living: • A safe and enclosed backyard is perfect for kids and fur babies to play and entertain themselves within. • A covered patio space for BBQs, outdoor dining for 10 plus a lounge seating area. Ideal for warm summer nights, morning coffees or rugged up for a wine and antipasto platter. • We can’t skip by the cutest macrame kids swing as an additional bonus. • The backyard overlooks a (usually) green conservation park, where you can spot native birds and kangaroos hopping by at dusk. There’s Carackalinga a 5 minute walk north with rock pools to explore and shells to collect. Normanville Jetty and surf club a 10minute stroll; for ice cream and an easy lunch of fish and chips. Second Valley is great for crabbing and searching under the rocks. Explore the Imman Waterfalls and its various walking trails. A few rounds of Golf at Lady Links resort. A 30 minute drive will take you down to Cape Jervis. Where you catch the ferry to iconic Kangaroo Island. Stroll into Main Street Normanville which offers cafes, local dining options and boutique stores. Come discover some of the best wines of South Australia. Other things to note Quality bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Beds are pre-made and waiting for your arrival. You only need to bring beach towels and thongs to hit the local beach! We appreciate your help in leaving our home tidy and comfortable for our next guests. We include a 2-hour clean in your booking. If our cleaning team requires additional time, we'll kindly charge accordingly. To ensure our BBQ and oven are sparkling clean for everyone, we request that you use the products provided and return just as you found. We have a small $50 each surcharge for cleaning if deemed necessary.
