The Bal Beach Shack- 100mtrs to the beach

Our quaint little 1970’s beach shack is situated only meters from Balnarring Beach on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Relax with the whole family at this sweet little home. It is not overly fancy, but is well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. A little gem that is perfect for anyone that is looking for a cosy, clean, peaceful place to enjoy a beach holiday. Footsteps to the beautiful Balnarring Beach and Red hill walking trails. The space Our Bal beach shack is located 100 metres from the beach. It has four bedrooms and can sleep 7 people but as the shack is on the smaller side it’s more comfortable for 5-6 people. The shack is situated on a large block, there is a lot of outdoor space, a bbq area with dining table, fire pit, a sun lounge area which overlooks a sandpit for the kids to play in while you kick back and relax. We also have some comfy swing chairs which are lovely to sit in and have your morning coffee or read a book. There is a small pool table in the garage for all to play. It’s nice to pull up the roller doors on a balmy summers night and enjoy a few games. The property is fully fenced. Bedrooms - The beds are fitted with comfy mattress toppers and freshly washed linen for a lovely night sleep. Bed 1: 1 Queen Bed Bed 2: 1 Queen Bed Bed 3: 1 bunk bed and desk space Bed 4: 1 single bed A Porta Cot is available. If you need this please request when you book. Bathroom We have 1 bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet space. Unfortunately, no bath. Laundry- Our laundry offers a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience. Or if you prefer to hang your clothes out there is a clothesline to the side of the house. Laundry capsules supplied - enough for 1 wash per day plus a couple extra. Kitchen- A cute, clean little kitchen. It's not fancy but it has everything you will need. Fridge/ Freezer, NutriBullet, jaffle maker, air fryer, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine with milk frother and some pods provided. All basic utensils, pots, pans ect LG dishwasher and brand new oven and cooktop. Dining Room - Our dining table will seat 6 people. There is also a high chair for little ones. Lounge Room- our cozy lounge room has 2 comfy couches, a large wood fire for the colder months, reverse cycle air conditioner and heating, Brand new smart TV, Coffee table and bean bag. A nice place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach. All linen and bath towels provided.
