Guest access Guests can use the entire home. Unfinished basement and garage are locked and not available for guest use at this time. Parking: 2 spaces in the front paved driveway. Guests can get around by foot and walk to most parts of Morgantown easily or enjoy a short drive. Other things to note This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please refrain from any parties or loud noises after 9pm. There are steps to enter the home. Home is split level. On the main level there is a full bathroom/laundry area, kitchen, study, living room, and access to the deck. The queen and king bedroom and second full bathroom are up a half flight of stairs and the twin bedroom is up an additional half flight of stairs. Please remove outdoor shoes and place in shoe mats near the front door. Pets are welcomed with prior approval, and a pet fee of $25/night/pet-$100 per pet/per stay (depending on your reviews). We truly love our furry friends and have a back-yard. Dog park is also within walking distance. WVU Football, Basketball, NCAA Regional and Championship dates as well as WVu Graduation weekends may be subject to additional nightly fees.
