The space Spacious and cozy house with 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms with single beds, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the daytime living area (living-dining room, kitchen, and one of the bathrooms with a shower). The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to a small terrace leading to the back garden. The living-dining room is spacious, featuring a TV area, a pellet fireplace, and an extendable table for up to 12 guests. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The terrace is semi-covered and equipped with garden furniture for enjoying the outdoors. A short staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one with a double bed) and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor is the fourth bedroom, which is accessed through a covered terrace furnished with a small table and chairs. The former garage has been converted into a playroom and features a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and other games. The house is equipped with a pellet fireplace to heat the rooms. Additionally, each bedroom has an electric radiator. Guests are kindly asked to use this service responsibly. Guest access The house is located in Serranillos Playa, a very quiet residential area less than an hour from Madrid, set in a privileged natural environment thanks to the Cazalegas Reservoir, where you can enjoy water sports such as canoeing or paddle surfing, and the Sierra de San Vicente. The neighborhood features a supermarket and restaurants (all within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation). Serranillos is just 15 minutes from Talavera de la Reina, a city known for its ceramics. Within a 100 km radius, you can visit wonderful towns and cities like Toledo (with its Puy du Fou park), Oropesa and its medieval castle, Ávila, or the Sierra de Gredos and the La Vera region. The residential area also offers sports courts and paddle tennis courts (available by reservation). Other things to note Minimum stay of 5 days during the summer months (from July 1st to August 31st). This is a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Guests are kindly requested not to host parties or make noise that could disturb the neighbors. The house is equipped with a pellet fireplace to heat the rooms. Additionally, each bedroom has an electric radiator. Guests are kindly asked to use these services responsibly. The rooftop bedroom is accessed through the rooftop terrace. This bedroom does not have an adjoining bathroom.
