The space At the top of the stairs as you enter the unit, to your left is the bathroom and to your right, a place to hang your coats and leave your shoes. Followed by a short hallway to the left is the living room, complete with an electric fireplace, TV and plenty of seating. Right across from that is one bedroom with a full sized bed, and a closet. Next to that is the full kitchen, complete with a dining table for 4 (chair from the office can be used for the 4th person.) Fridge, gas stove and microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, blender as well as dishes, pots and pans. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and closet as well. This bedroom also has a tv and a dvd player. (A selection of dvds can be found on the TV stand) Right off the kitchen is the designated office space . Also has extra seating and a closet with cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum) as well as some board games. Guest access This entire apt. is for your use. A Note About the Stairs: The Nook is an upper-level apartment and requires using a flight of stairs to enter. We want our guests to be comfortable and safe, so please keep this in mind when traveling with infants or very young children. Other things to note This property houses 2 other apts. with occupancy. Very quiet, wonderful tenants. It is a shared parking lot. Everyone knows their space. For this particular unit, #2, parking is anywhere to the left of the sidewalk. Please note, this price per night is for 2 guests but can host up to 4 for an extra fee of $30/night per extra guest. This property does not include a grill or BBQ facilities. **Early Check-In & Late Check-Out** Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.
