High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Spotify, and Prime are provided. Situated in a classic building near dining and transit, this peaceful retreat faces two courtyards, ensuring a quiet stay. The space Living Room: Includes a cozy sofa (sleeps 1+), making it ideal for relaxation or additional sleeping space. Bedroom: Features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) for restful nights with double black out curtains. Bathroom: Equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, plus a convenient washer-dryer combo. Kitchen: Fully stocked with appliances including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and mixer—perfect for cooking at home. Additional Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, Spotify, and Prime for your entertainment, plus a separate toilet for convenience. Location Highlights: This apartment is situated near a charming square filled with bars and restaurants. Multiple tram lines and the U4 and U6 metro stations are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment is very quiet faces two courtyards and no window is directed with the street. Building & Accessibility: Located on the fourth floor of a recently renovated traditional building, the apartment is accessible via elevator to floor 3.5. Perfect for a comfortable and memorable stay in Vienna, this apartment combines old-world elegance with modern convenience. Guest access The whole flat is at your disposal and you have exclusive use. Other things to note Please note that this is my personal home, rented only while I'm away on holiday. As such, some closets will remain closed, and some personal items will be visible. I kindly ask guests to respect my belongings and handle everything with care. However, feel free to enjoy my books and board games. I provide quality linens and textiles, including towels, bedding, duvet, and pillows. Essentials such as soap, dishwashing liquid, coffee, and olive oil are also available for your convenience. An extra guest is welcome if willing to share the sofa (2 x 1 m) at an additional cost of €25 per night. No parties and pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
