The space My house is in almost15km by using the car from Narita airport. our hotel 1st floor has guest room, kitchen, bathroom,toilet. visitor can use the equipment.its easy that image like a rent the floor out.the two cats that are companions animals are living in my house.visitor can play with them. if they feel good. immediately. Please don't enter administrator room in 2F.where is a private area. During your stay if visitors want to translate service, visitors can use it. Chinese and English are available.and we bring visitors to trip spots. the service is in my house, free.when go outside visitors have to pay translate fee. we can bring visitors to trip spot with my car. the drive fee free,its including in translate fee. and we will introduce a nice restaurant near dy Narita. please ask us. we will make an effort for visitors to be happy. Other things to note parking area we have a private parking area.that is safe and convenient space.however, usually we are using with my car. if the visitor needs,tell me before more than 1 day. our house is granted to earthquake M8 by house builder. so don't worry to earthquake. the two cats are living in my house.they are gentle and friendly,they want to play with visitors. but if you don't like cats,tell me. when visitors stay in my house,two cats only stay in the administration room. Only guests who book through Airbnb can enter the hotel. Only those who have made a reservation will be allowed into our hotel. No one other than those with a reservation will be allowed into the hotel. If anyone enters the hotel, we will contact the police immediately and ask them to leave. Any damages incurred in this case will be borne by the person making the reservation. For guests with 2 or fewer guests, it can be used 1F only, but for guests with 3 or more guests, it can be used 2F. When making a reservation, please make sure to confirm the hotel location and check-in and check-out times, as we will not accommodate any requests outside of these times. Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times. If the visitors are still using the room after check-out time, a penalty of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged. The same applies if you leave your luggage in the room and it becomes unusable. If this behavior continues until 3:00 p.m., the visitors will be considered to have stayed overnight the following day, and the visitors will be charged the accommodation fee in addition to the above. Lost items will be kept for up to two weeks. If it is longer than two weeks, the hotel will dispose of it. We can send it to your address, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
