The space The apartment is in a building approved by statutes for tourist housing, located in a tourist area on the beachfront. The apartment located on the second floor of the Morros Eco Building in Serena del Mar has all the comforts to accommodate up to 5 people. -Master bedroom with 2 semi-double beds -Private bathroom - Room with double bed -Bathroom in front of the room - Living room with double sofa bed -Water heater. -Work area has laundry and washer and dryer. -Air conditioning mini solerte in each bedroom and in the living room -WiFi Internet, cable TV, -Kitchen with all appliances. -Digital lock *Items in the apartment:* - Shower towels for each guest. -Beach towels for each guest. -Hand soap in the bathrooms at the time of check-in. Guest access The building has a large pool area, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym, direct access to the beach, a children's pool, children's games, private covered parking, elevators, 24/7 private security, and open spaces facing the sea. Ideal for families with children, couples, or work groups. (Jacuzzis and swimming channel are disabled) The common areas of the building such as Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and gym must be booked through the "Guest Manager" Software, upon arrival at the building, at the reception they will give you the QR code, so they can register directly with their identification number. The building has direct exit to "Playa Murallas", to make the prior reservation of chairs, tents, umbrellas and/or parasols, they must approach directly on the beach when it is tourist low season, and for high season it must be done through the App "My community SDM", the user and key of the apartment will be sent on the day of their arrival. On the other hand, before reaching the building about 5 minutes away by taxi, you will find the Mall Ramblas, where you can find a great variety of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, etc., to buy basic items during their stay, they make addresses and in the apartment they will find a magazine with their respective phones. You can also download the Rappi App. For transportation, they can access the 24 hrs taxi station at Hotel Meliá, or download the "InDrive" App, there are all drivers available in the area and have the option to negotiate rates. Other things to note Once the reservation is confirmed, you must send the following information in order to authorize your entry to the building: (NAME AND SURNAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and CITY) NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED AFTER SENDING THE GUEST LIST. This information must be sent two (2) days in advance, and will be at the building's front desk when you arrive. You only need to provide your ID in person. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. You must wear the wristband during your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without a problem. We do this for the building's security.   I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only people registered in advance on the guest list.   Our guests can enjoy the building's social areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym) during the hours established by the building's regulations, which are from 9 am to 7 pm.
