Guest access Guests at our property will enjoy access to the studio private way , ( sharing ample parking , drive way and river access) . Check-in is hassle-free and convenient thanks to a keypad lock system. For safety reasons, we advise guests to avoid areas near bushes and rocks during their stay. This ensures a secure and enjoyable experience amid the natural beauty of the surroundings. Other things to note - No Smoking inside - No parties or events allowed - No loud music, keep quiet after 9pm. - NO CAMP FIRE ( its prohibit in the area) - Shoes off inhouse ( we provide slippers) -Turn off AC/ Heater/ lights/ or electric stuffs before leave -Pets allowed maximum are 1 dogs + fee - For security purposes, we have out door cameras in the front door, garage area , and backyard area. - Booking price are accommodate up to 2 guests . over than that, extra guests charge will be apply up to 3 guests. -You are visiting in a wild areas , no matter how good we take care of the house but sometime insets or ants still get inside special on a heat way day for hiding heat way. -For your safety, please always have flash light when going outside the house during nighttime . Swimming, rock climbing or river exploring is Taking your own risk . AVOID bushes, poison trees , wild weeds area. The area is known to host wild animals such as rattlesnakes, racoons, black bears, dears, turkeys and bunnies.
