We love this home primarily because we love sitting on either the balcony or the front porch and watching all the “things” travel up and down the river. One morning it may be a flock of pelicans followed by a school of dolphins; the next day it may be a large ship waiting in line for the drawbridge to open. You truly never know what you will see up and down the river. For us the serenity of the river keeps us coming back. 2 balconies overlooking the river offer breathtaking views. 2 living areas, one with an arcade machine is sure to bring loads of fun. Enjoy the relaxing waterfront atmosphere of one of America's best-kept secrets. Walk to downtown Pascagoula where you will find an abundance of dining, bars, and shopping. The space 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bathroom with a tiled shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second floor is just as charming with the first bedroom having 2 twin beds and a sitting area complete with a smart TV and an arcade machine for family fun. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony with breathtaking views. A great place for a quiet morning with coffee or a beautiful sunset. There is a 2 car garage and plenty of riverfront parking. We have a fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops and all the cooking essentials needed. With several public boat launches and boat parking within a few blocks, bring your boat and spend the day on the Pascagoula River or head offshore to one of our barrier islands. Pascagoula Beach is a quick 3-mile drive with something for every age; fishing, a water splash pad, a pier, and public events. Don’t miss the excitement of beach volleyball, beach wading, and picnics at Pascagoula Beach Park. This is the perfect location to quickly get to the casinos in Biloxi (20 miles) and the quaint atmosphere of downtown Ocean Springs (16 miles). Both are definitely a must-see while visiting the MS Gulf Coast. For the contractors and traveling workers out there, we are within a 4-7 mile radius of Chevron Pascagoula Refinery, Halter Marine, Singing River Hospital, Huntington Ingalls Shipyard, Signet Maritime Corp, and NOAA. We are 20 miles from Biloxi casinos and 16 miles from Ocean Springs.
