The space This custom crafted 4000’ log-home is at the base forest of Jay Peak Ski Resort and within walking distance to a swimming hole. Built in 2007, the home has three living levels, and all levels have mountain views. Upon entering, you will see the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the home. The artwork alone makes this home a stand-out with many mesmerizing pieces custom crafted by us and local artists. The top floor king master suite is complete with vaulted ceilings, beautiful mountain views as well as a slate furniture set. The private bathroom includes tile floors and Jacuzzi tub. The leather-Milano fold down sofa on this floor includes a place for kids or single guests. The main floor living room has a 52” 3D flat screen LED TV, DVD player and surround sound. Wide plank floors warm the kitchen‘s great room where you will enjoy the 20’ ceilings and huge windows with MT views. The adjacent chef’s kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a flattop range, wall oven, microwave. The cooking essentials are fully stocked and the kitchen is well thought out. The suite on this floor includes the use of the corner Jacuzzi bath with heated large tile floors and custom cabinetry. The bottom floor showcases a pool table, a 46” LED TV, stereo, surround sound. This floor includes a Queen Master suite with vaulted ceilings. The private bath has heated tile floors, lots of storage, and custom cabinetry. The other third floor bedroom has one queen bed and shares a full bathroom with heated tile floors. The last bedroom contains 2 twin size beds with a shared full bathroom with heated tile floors. The front deck has panoramic views of the Lowell Mountain range and a bird’s eye shot of Jay Peak’s tram. You are literally above the tree tops. There is a screened porch off the kitchen with a bistro table for 4 and handcrafted furniture. Enjoy every comfort of home at this stunning mountainside gem. Guest access You will be provided a door code upon booking confirmation. We will communicate prior to arrival on guests needs and assistance with check in. For the most part we like to receive a text stating arrival and that everything is to guests satisfaction. Other things to note Please communicate any pets you plan to have with you during your stay. Applicable pet fee $75/pet will be added to your booking.
