Guest access The rental unit and the yard are for your private use. The gate located directly behind the trash cans at the back of the yard separates the guest area from the primary home’s restricted area. Other things to note The compact kitchen is well equipped with appropriately scaled appliances. It includes a full size, two door refrigerator/freezer, combo microwave/air fryer/convection oven, two-burner induction cooktop, compact dishwasher, food waste disposal unit, single cup coffee maker, two slice toaster, etc. Our home runs on solar energy and we hold sustainability in high regard. The thermostat is preset for guest comfort and energy efficiency. In summer, cooling is set to a minium of 69 degrees Farenheit and, in winter, it is set to a maximum of 74 degrees Farenheit. If you prefer a different temperature, please let us know. We are happy to adjust the limits upon request. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we want to respect our neighbors. If you are looking to have large gatherings or parties, this property is not for you. For guests staying longer than two weeks: Host will provide toiletries and consumable items for the first two weeks of your stay. Guests will be responsible for replenishing those items thereafter. Upon request, a housekeeper can be arranged for an additional charge.
