The space Located in the “Heart of Lubbock” neighborhood, The Donna House features a charming front home built in 1941, shortly after Texas Tech University was found. With 2 back units added in the 1970's and 80's, with all units being updated in 2024. Though smaller and historic, this home offers a unique stay close to everything that makes Lubbock proud — our Red Raiders. What makes the Donna House UNIQUE is that this space is a Medical Massage Office during the week and an Airbnb on the weekends. About The Donna House Unit "D" Unit D is located at the front of the property and features: *2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms each with King Beds *Full kitchen accommodated with dishwasher and washer & dryer *Sleeping for up to 8 guests with additional beds in living areas which include a 1 queen sofa bed and 1 queen hide-a-bed MK Affordable Home Stays welcomes first-time Airbnb guests, University Students, international travelers, and long-term guests. Long-Term Stays *Fully furnished – no deposit or contract required *Includes electricity, water, gas, internet, and bi-monthly cleanings *Cleaning service is free but mandatory to maintain the property. *Guest are required to maintain a clean atmosphere free of possibilities for pests. Rates are non-negotiable Guest access When you rent the entire Donna House, you have access to all areas except for doors that are labeled private areas.
