Located just 15 minutes away by car from downtown Granada The space The property consists of a basement with a kitchen, fireplace, game room, projector for a large screen, games, beds and bathroom. Main floor with kitchen, dining room, double-height living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom and bathroom. Upper floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a living room with a balcony and views of the Sierra. The plot is approximately 1000 square meters with a salt chlorination pool, parking for three cars, and a garden. Guest access The house is for full use, it has no restricted or shared areas. The pool is kept clean and open year-round, but is not heated. The months of use by temperature range from May to October. The barbecue is available. Always taking care of where it is placed and that it does not stain the floor much. The fireplace is free to use, firewood is available during the winter months. The parking lot has space for 3 cars inside the premises. On the main street there is room for more cars and there is no parking problem. Other things to note The weather in Huétor Santillán in the summer months is quite cool, the house is about 1030m high which makes it ideal for an unforgettable summer.
