Other things to note Property Policies - Employees Domesticas: Domestic workers are mandatory and cost COP 100,000 per day for every 8 people. If your group is more than 8 people, there will be two employees, and for groups of more than 16 there will be three. They take care of tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and organization of beds, among others. It is customary in Colombia to share food with them. This service is paid directly to the female employees before check-out. - Cleaning Fee vs. Empleadas Domésticas Service: The cleaning fee, charged through Airbnb, only covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and general cleaning after your departure. It does not include the service of domestic workers, who are paid separately at a rate of COP 100,000 per day for every 8 people, as explained above. Logistics: You must pay a logistics service of 60,000 COP per day. - Check-out: Check-out time must be strictly adhered to. However, we can be flexible as long as there is no reservation scheduled to enter that same day. Please check this with your Experience Manager before planning your departure.
